Silk Screen Printing
The most common method for printing to the surface of a flash drive is silk screen printing.  Silk screen printing is ideal for both spot color logo printing and four color process printing.

Pad Printing
Closely related to silk screen printing is the pad printing process.  The pad printing process allows for printing on non flat surfaces.  When the art and manufacturing parameters dictate, we will print directly to the surface of of the flash drive using this alternative printing method.

Laser Etching / Engraving
For models that have a metal case we can laser etch your logo to the flash drive surface.  USB flash drive laser engraving gives your flash drive a classic and understated look.

Embossing
For our leather USB flash drives we offer embossing.  This is a subtle and elegant decorating method.  It works best when the art supplied is simple line art.

Custom Case Colors
